The more members of a BNI group who regularly attend training, the higher the referral rate for that group. Visitor rates go up and visitor conversions to membership are higher leading to larger groups. As the group grows the referral rate rises exponentially and the more meaningful 3rd party referrals are given. For those groups, the agenda is business first.
